Drive through the San Joaquin valley and stop for a break and a snack.
Drive through the gold country and up into the Sierra Nevada range and Yosemite National Park.
See El Capitan, Half dome, Yosemite Falls and Bridal Veil falls, go for a short hike or relax at the visitor's center where there are museums, restaurants, and the Ansel Adams Gallery.
Drive to one of the Giant Sequoia Redwood groves stopping on the way to get a bird's eye view of the whole valley.
Hike through the Giant Sequoia grove. The Giant Sequoia Redwoods are the largest living organisms on this planet! They are truly amazing!
Drive down the Sierra Nevadas descending over 2000 ft and passing through Stanislaus National Forest.
Stop for a break and a bite to eat.
Drive back to San Francisco enjoying views of the sunset over the East Bay hills, the Peninsula and the city lights.
The Yosemite tour ends with drop off at the Renaisance Parc 55 hotel door.
