It should be understood that applicants will need to have a very flexible attitude towards their working hours. Most of the work tends to be in the morning for "breakfast classes" (07.00am - 10.00am), and afternoon/evening classes (14.00pm - 18.00pm). Therefore, it is quite common for teachers to alternate between these 2 "shifts", e.g. a teacher may be required to work in the morning, and then after a break return in the evening. Of the 30 hours, a maximum of 27 hours will be teaching and the remaining hours will be spent on administrative tasks, lesson preparation, marking homework, teachers' meetings, leading social programme events etc.

Holidays include four weeks/20 workings days, not including statutory holidays.
