Located on the beautiful River Thames and 20 km from the centre of London, the historic town of Kingston now has the title of Premier Retail Centre in the South East of England. Old meets new in its centre, full of shops, cafes and leisure facilities, 5 minutes walk from the residence. The modern Bentall Shopping Centre alone has nearly 90 shops. As well as easy access to London, Kingston is close to major tourist attractions such as Hampton Court, Windsor Castle and Thorpe Amusement Park. The South Coast, Brighton and Oxford are only an hour away by coach.
Kingston has excellent airport connections, 30 minutes from Heathrow and 40 minutes from Gatwick.
The Campus
Campus, St Giles Kingston

Teaching, accommodation, catering and social facilities are all provided at Kingston University. Our residence, Kingston Bridge House, is 5 minutes walk from Kingston centre and 20 minutes walk from the main campus. The central location means students can easily reach the river and Kingston's many attractions on foot.
Campus facilities include a bright, modern food hall, spacious classrooms, and a theatre for film shows and other activities. We also arrange discos and other fun activities, all for junior students, at the nearby Students' Union Building.
