Learn English In Reading
(Junior Summer Camps)

Our junior summer camps offer learners aged 10-18 from all over the world the opportunity to improve their English language skills whilst enjoying a varied and exciting activity programme.

Shopping in Reading
Reading shops

Reading is a modern vibrant city in the beautiful Thames Valley countryside only 70 km from Central London. The historic town has grown into a major commercial city with modern shopping centres and leisure facilities. It is 30 minutes from Oxford and one hour from the South Coast with excellent transport links to other parts of the country. Heathrow Airport is only 30 minutes away and Gatwick Airport less than an hour.

The Campus

The Reading programme takes place within a closed campus, which is ideally suited to young learners. The campus is surrounded by parkland and is on the edge of the city itself, giving easy access to its attractions.

Junior Accommodation
Campus

Residence facilities include a bright, modern dining room, common rooms, a computer room for student use, vending machines, laundry facilities and a large common room for social events. The sports hall is a short walk away with facilities for basketball, volleyball, tennis and football. Swimming is available at a nearby school. We also arrange discos and other fun events, all for junior students only.

Classes take place in the modern Science Building, a short walk through parkland from the residence.

There is one full-day and one half-day excursion per week. Full-day excursions include London and its many attractions, Stratford upon Avon, Thorpe Amusement Park, The Cotswolds, Brighton, Bournemouth and Bath.
