TOEIC Preparation
What does a TOEIC Preparation Course Provide?
The Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) is an internationally recognised English language examination designed to test the everyday English skills of people who use English in their workplace and in an international environment.
The TOEIC Course programme
This course includes 20 lessons per week in the mornings of TOEIC preparation with the option to take an additional 10 lessons in the afternoons of General English for a more intensive programme.
These four-week preparation courses for the Reading & Listening TOEIC paper at Canadian centre have various start dates per year.
The TOEIC Exam
Examinations are held approximately every month.
This English language test consists of two papers, Speaking & Writing and Reading & Listening.
Speaking & Writing
The TOEIC Speaking & Writing test is designed to properly assess the student’s ability to actually use the English language in the workplace. Although this part of the exam reflects actual English use in the workplace, no prior specialist business term knowledge is expected or required on the part of the student. The test covers the following areas:
- Grammar
- Vocabulary
- Organisation
- General coherence
