BEGINNERS ENGLISH
COURSE IN CAMBRIDGE

Our St Giles school in Cambridge provides a range of courses, including English for Beginners, which begin on regular set dates throughout the year. Students are given the choice of either 20 morning lessons or 28 lessons per week for 2 to 4 weeks. Our English for Beginners course has been planned carefully to ensure the students have a strong understanding of important language skills by the time the course is over. The learning environment is highly supportive with small class sizes so that the teachers can focus their attention on each and every student.

English for Beginners at St Giles Cambridge is perfect for students who want to learn the basic level of the English language so that they can use ‘every day’ English while on a short visit to the UK. It is also a great starting point for Beginner students who need an introduction to English before studying for a longer period on an English for Beginners or International Semester course.

After a student has studied an English for Beginners course, they will be confident in their ability to speak basic English and have an increased vocabulary range.  Furthermore,  students of this course will have a greater understanding of the grammatical structure of English.
