Student Residences
St Giles Brighton has a number of residences available for students to choose from. They have modern facilities within walking distance of the centre and our school.
George Street Residence
Residence with single rooms, private bathrooms and shared kitchens. Only a 4-minute walk from the school.
IQ Brighton Residence (until Saturday 30th August 2025)
Residence rooms within a flat with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen. Amazing onsite facilities (gym, cinema room, study room, laundry etc.)
Phoenix Hall
Residence rooms that are part of the University of Brighton. Each flat has 8 single ensuite rooms. Only a 10-15 minute walk from the school.
North Laine Residence (until Wednesday 23rd August 2025)
Located near the beach and surrounded by shops, this modern student residence is within walking distance of everything a student needs. (For students aged 16-17)
Hotels
St Giles Brighton has a number of hotels available for students to choose from. These are comfortable business-class hotels within walking distance of the centre and close to the centre of Brighton.
Homestay
